It appears by your statement that someone may have obtained your credit card information and placed an order on one of our order pages. We perform a fraud check on our order pages--if the information provided does not match the order is immediately cancelled. Someone had to have access to your information for this order to go through. We print on the outside of every order sent not to refuse a package or mark return to sender. This can often compromise a refund for a customer if the package is received outside of their 30 day money back guarantee. Additionally, we require a return authorization number to ensure that their account is properly credited.
