Somehow, though I never placed an order with this outfit, not even for a trial sample of their dietary supplement, the outfit has accessed my credit card and has billed me $213.67 for the supplement, the delivery of which I refused when the package arrived. Interestingly, they had marked on the label of the package that it could not be returned to them, but postal officials told me that the company could not order USPS not to comply with someone's request that an unopened package be returned to the sender.

Repeated attempts to contact this company by telephone have failed -- one gets a computerized announcement that, due to a high volume of calls about their product, all representatives are busy helping other customers, and, depending on when one calls them, one will be told that the wait for a representative will be either 5 minutes or half an hour. On those occasions when I've been told the wait is going to be 5 minutes, I have waited for as long as 15, listening to a looped music tape of limited esthetic interest; no representative ever picks up.

I am, of course, disputing the credit card charge, through my banking institution. If anybody has any further info on this outfit, which appears to have a high sleaze quotient, please post it with the other 80 or so complaints that have been filed with Rip-Off Report. They need to be shut down soonest.

It appears by your statement that someone may have obtained your credit card information and placed an order on one of our order pages. We perform a fraud check on our order pages--if the information provided does not match the order is immediately cancelled. Someone had to have access to your information for this order to go through. We print on the outside of every order sent not to refuse a package or mark return to sender. This can often compromise a refund for a customer if the package is received outside of their 30 day money back guarantee. Additionally, we require a return authorization number to ensure that their account is properly credited.
