Golfnow Deal Caddy Will not reply to request for return/refund. Orlando, Florida Internet
I bought 4 dozen Polara golf balls. They do not work for me as advertised. They were shipped by Polaraso I contacted them for a full refund as was advertised. They advised my payment was made direct to Golf Caddy and they merely "dropped shiped" on their behalf. They could take the golf balls back but could not refund because they were not the seller. Polara said they would refer my return/refund request to Golf Caddy. I gave it a week and no reply. I sent my own e-mail to Golf Caddy. No reply. I sent another (2nd Request). No reply. It is pretty clear they have no customer service department and do not do returns. So, I will unsubscribe to Golfnow and Golf Caddy then it's off to small claims court I go.
