Goody Tickets ticket scam! Leawood Kansas
Were so disappointed afteer purchasing our tickets 15 min after they went on sale....and getting the mezzaine tickets I wanted. I might add that with all the service fees included we paid over 500.00!
The day before the concert I was called by Goody ticikets to say there had been a mix up and our tickets had been sold! How can that be? They tried to give us 3rd balcony ticket or floor ticiets! We obviously didn't want these tickets...they are not what we ordered and expected to get!
Let me add that the day of the concert we still didn't have ANY tickets for the show. After a lengthy phone conversation we told them we would have to take the tickets they were offering because we hod no choice. We got the tickets actually by meeting the Fedex truck 2 hours before the production!
Hell of a way to do business............DON'T EVER USE GOODY TICIETS!!
