Government Liquidation, LLC Government Liquidation Grossly Mis-Represented Vehicle Ripoff Scottsdale Arizona
Government Liquidation mis-advertised the truck I bought. They ran the followinng:
1994 FORD F-350 XL, 6 PASSENGER CREW CAB PICK-UP TRUCK, 4X4, DUAL REAR WHEEL, DIESEL ENGINE, WITH AUTOMATIC TRANS, WORKMASTER TRUCK SHELL, ODOM 74333. 6, TRUCK STARTS AND RUNS, TIRES GOOD, INTERIOR HAS NO CRACKS/ TEARS, BUYER LOADS. ITEM LOCATED IN MT HOME AFB, IDAHO
It should have read:
1994 F350 crew cab dually, diesel engine, automatic transmission, 4x4, good tires, and interior in good condition. Engine will start. The LTI indicates that the truck needs the engine and transmission replaced. The mileage is unknown as the engine has been replaced with one from another truck. Buyer loads. Item located in MT Home, Idaho.
They used my trust and cheated me! I had purchased an Airline ticket to fly out and drive it back. Then I learned the hard truth about the truck and the dishonest Goverment Liquidation. They didn't care that the engine was shot and the transmission slips. I called the problem to their attention and learned that business with Goverment Liquidation is buyer Beware! They did me wrong! I ask for nothing but my money returned and was basically told to take a hike! Not to mention the Airfare. If one was to read the write up you would have no reason to think a diesel truck with 74,000 miles could not be driven home. I ask that my claim be elevated to a supervisor and got blown off!
