I ordered a cd about grants for 3.95 S&H Before completing the transaction I checked to make sure I wasn't signing up for anything extra or monthly and it looked legit. I saw the 3.95 charge on my account but a few days later there was a charge for 99.99.
Of course I immediately called them (3/20/09) and told them to return my money that they were not authorized to take. Gave me a cancellation number and told me to call back in 48 hrs.
I called back on 3/23 and they gave me another cancellation number and said it was being returned as we spoke. Called 4/1 Brittany asks me to give it till Friday. Called again 4/3 talked to Brittany. She said they would issue me a check today. So I said whatever you have to do to get my money back.
On 4/8 Sondra said the check was mailed on Monday the 5th. On 4/13 Daniel told me he couldn't give me the name, address & phone number to the corporate office until I told him I thought it was against the law to withhold that information.
Of course I threatened to turn them in etc. Apparently they weren't worried because I still haven't gotten my money. They should have to pay the overdrafts they caused me too. Beware of any of these grant places.
You get nothing but runaround and lies.

just letting you and readers know that this is not a single sleezy company trying to pass things over on customers, this is a big international scam network. i order the software from 3 different companies and each were the same scam. over 300$ in charges that dont belong. There wasnt even talk of membership,etc like some peole are reporting, just simpley 'pay this 1.99 to have the cd sent to you'. so you know this is no mixup or un-professional company. Most of my charges have Foreign Transfer Fees attatched if that give you an idea..
