Great Senenca Financial ripoff, trying to sue me Baltimore Maryland
At least I know I am not the only one going through this!
I was served with paperwork that this "ghost" company Great Senenca Financial is sueing me on behalf of Providian Financial, which I tried many times to close that account, but to no avail.
A lawfirm by the name of Wolferson & Abrams, is representing them in Maryland but they have referred it to a lawfirm here in Texas in my local area, and they are they ones acting on behalf of Great Seneca and their lawyers.
Does anyone have any idea on how to reach Great Seneca Financial, they are not on the internet, nor in directory assistance, or any other avenue I have tried.
Has anyone actually been fully sued where they went to court with this ghost company, and could you let me know the turn out?
I have forwarded all my information to my local BBB and also the Texas Attorney Generals office. This is a scam company, they have not only doubled but tripled what my original balance was, and now they want to add attorneys fees to the total - HELP!!!
