Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company has con men traveling around the country selling advertising to small businesses. They claim to put their publications in a store close to you, but these publications are never produced. They first take a payment to cover the cost of the proof and then charge for a full year in advertising over the next 3 months.  Before you realize that the advertising that you are paying for doesn't exist, they have your money. If you find out before you have paid more to them, you will need to close the credit card or bank account that you wrote the check from, because they will take the money out. In some cases they have taken twice the amount agreed upon.

Beware. Do not have any dealings with this company.  Their BBB rating is F and they have hundreds of complaints filed against them.  The attorney generals in 5 states have formal complaints filed against them as well as the FTC.

Should you be a victim of their scam, do not under any circumstance give them more money. File a complaint with the BBB and your attorney general's office. Keep copies of all communications and when the phony collection agent calls, hang up. The current attorney that they are using for collections is Gilbert Moret, 5430 East Beverly Blvd. Suite 250 Los Angeles CA 90022. I have filed information on this fraud with my attorney and have notified Mr. Moret that this is a scam outfit.  Because he has been made aware of the fraud, should there be a class action lawsuit against NAC, National Advertising Center I told him that he would be named as well.

I suggest that you send him a similar letter and tell him that your information concerning this fraud is in the hands of your attorney. I doubt you will hear anymore from them, and you may just get your money back. If you paid by credit card do a chargeback.
