Greendot Pre Paid Credit Cards There were purchases made from my acct. that were not authorized by me the card holder San Diego internet
on dec.5th ,2008 i went to use my card to find out that some one had made purchases without my consent and when i contacted greendot to see what was going on with my acct. they told me that there were two transactions pending , one for the amount $94.78 and another for$14.99 which i had no knowledge of.
so i told them to please stop all transactions pending because they were not mine, they told me they would stop payments and reverse the transactions and that my money would be available on dec16th 2008 .
i waited for the 16th dec. ,2008 and nothing has been credited to my acct. if i dont get my money back i plan to boycott this co by writting letters and calling the san diego turko files and will continue to do everything in my power to keep others from trusting in the prepaid greendot co.
i would like a call from thier co. with an explanation as to why i was treated unfairly and lied too. also i would like them to promise me and all other greendot card owners that they will protect all greendot card users against credit card fraud and identity thefts, and secure our accts. with a more solid protection plan. its not nice to tell a customer what you think he wants to hear and then turn around and do totally the opposite . this is considered poor business practice,and cannot and will not continue to go unnoticed. i want my money and an explanation
