Gregory Gudino is a dead beat liar who kicked me and his ONLY child out of his house because MY son cried too much when he was only 2 mnths old. After leaving him, I showed up at his sister's house when Greg's father died to show respect. That was after 5yrs gone by.. Greg did not know who was that child with me.. My son knew who GREG was. I never kept things from him, My husband that was with me was the one that raised my son since he was 6mnths old. Greg asked if he and my son can establish a relationship. My husband and I agreed it would only be right.
That year (2000) my son would see his real father on a weekly basis during the weekend. Greg promised he would find a job and help me with the expenses for OUR son. Not that I needed it, I've been the supporter for the past 5yrs, but a lil extra would help. Well that summer we moved and I told Greg he would need to keep in contact with his son..
Well, 4yrs went by and I got incontact with Greg's family who stated Greg has a new girlfriend and doesn't have time for anyone else and for me to stop calling. One day September of 2004 Greg called me and asked if he can keep in contact with his son and wanted to build a relationship..Promises were made..When he spoke to my son that day, he told my son he would call back the next day..The next night when my son came home from school he waited by the phone until Midnight, Hoping he could tell GREG how his first day at school was..BUT ...The phone never rang..He fell asleep with the phone by his side..
I made a call to Greg the next day and told him if he ever wants to see MY SON or even talk to him again he'll have to take me to court..It's been 2yrs now, and GREG hasn't made any attempts.. STILL NO SUPPORT or anything..
HE goes by JELLO..so if anyone in MODESTO come in contact with him..Let him know, HE HAS TO GET A JOB and start SUPPORTING HIS CHILD ANGEL..or at least acknowledge that a CHILD who has his blood running through him does exist...

I've tried to collect something through the DA's office here in Las Vegas. First time they tried to serve him he DENIED my son. When I spoke to the DA's office they told me Greg told them my husband was the biological father. So I had to show them a picture of the Deadbeat.. Mind you, My husband is Black and American Indian. Greg is Mexican. When they seen his picture they went back to serve him and his mother told them she did not know where he was. Apparently Jello got caught doing a Deal that went wrong and was left paralized. I hate to say but Karma does go around. Well I tried filing an attachement with the social security because he receives disability. All I was told was he receives $$ because he's below poverty level in the state of CA.. THAT means MY SON get's nothing... Oh yea.. He did try to send a $10 money order and I was going to be chared $2.00 to cash it.. So I sent it back to Greg after calling him to tell him he had to put it under my name.. BUT NO he was AFRAID I was going to use it on MYSELF!!! Yea.. $8.00 ...ok... that's alot...

I am so sorry for your son. I believe he is better off without that man in his life. It is not typical of me (of all people) to say that as I know the meaning of family, and having the biological father in your child's life is important in my opinion. However, This man has shown your child only hurt, and nothing more. Therefore it is in your child's best interest to never speak to that man again in his entire life. Nothing is worth that pain.. Nothing. As for having him pay support, did you file for him to pay support yet? If you file for support via your local support enforcement agency then you have begun your long battle of attempting to collect child support from this man. (and I use the term loosely) Shame on you Greg you are as sturdy of a man as JELLO is - Good choice of nicknames.. It seems to fit you well. All the best Elvira..
