Gridiron Authentics The Biggest Seller of Fake Autographs on eBay? Marshalls Creek, Pennsylvania
This is probably the biggest seller of fake autographs on eBay (or maybe anywhere on the internet). They use stock photos of real autographed items with ancient signing photos to list thousands of items at ridiculously low starting prices.
Drew Brees, Joe Namath, David Ortiz, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Jerome Bettis, Deion Sanders, Troy Aikman, Peyton Manning, Dustin Pedroia, Dan Fouts, Earl Campbell, Lawrence Taylor, Terry Bradshaw . . . even Junior Seau, who died A YEAR AGO but apparently is still signing for Gridiron . . . you name it, they have his autographed ball or jersey or photo or helmet at dirt cheap prices.
Players of this caliber negotiate autograph deals with legit memorabilia companies like Mounted, Schwartz, Superstar Greetings, TriStar and UDA and charge THEM more per signature than what Gridiron Authentics sells the autographed items for! So how does Gridiron purchase the items, pay for the autographs and sell the items for a fraction of the price (and pay the eBay and PayPal fees)?
