This is the most unprofessional operation I've seen in all of my years of dealing with real estate professionals. Agents here do not understand real estate laws and violate them often. The broker, Sarah Sealy, does not hold any of her agents accountable. They often keep deposits without justification, add fees to existing leases, raise rents between lease renewal periods, enter properties without notice, and defame good tenants with poor referrals.
Maxine Griffin has expressed verbally in front of myself and others that she "doesn't like to rent to those blacks or low income folks" because she like to keep her neighborhoods "clean." She steers whites to white neighborhoods and blacks to black.
Either her knowledge of or adherance to real estate law is lacking and she should be removed from the industry immediately to prevent any further damage to the public or liability to her broker.
