I contracted Griffin Transport LLC to move my car from Mn. To Ca.I told "Mark Stepanek" I wanted a truck with the equipment to move an not running, no brakes, no anything to stop it with equipment. "Mark Stepanek" said "no problem" I also said I didn't want it to be stored in a lot and re-picked up by another truck.
Well "Mark Stepanek" did both and when I asked him to explain this occurrence to me he quickly started insulting me and stated my credit card was not to be used and he wanted "Cash" when the driver arrives. I paid an extra 400.00 dollars for the aforementioned conditions and was treated like a pig. His offices in L.A., San Diego, and Newport Beach are not valid. The address close to me in Newport Beach is fake!!!
Don't use
Griffin Transport "Mark Stepanek" will tell you what you want to here and do nothing but ship your car like a box of rocks.
