I order merchandise 6 weeks ago, i called left 25 messages, 15 emails still no response. they advertised that it takes only 5 or 7 days to get your product. i stll haven't recieved anything, not even a call. i just want my money back. i kind of figured it was a fraud when i called and no one answered or if blocked my number by dailing (star 67) they will pick up, i would ask if kenny or john is available, they will say call back in 10 min. and so on, lies after lies. i want to know what they are hidding. for anyone who is looking for any merchandise do not i repeat do not get robbed by this company the go by the name of grillz-r-us a.k.a krunkgrillz.

Hate to tell you but grills are OUT. That craze was a couple of years ago. How do I know. I get all these folks bringing them in to my shop to sell as scrap gold. They tell me "No body wears these anymore". Sad cause some folks spent $5/$600 or more on them and they're worth a hundred or so in scrap gold. Try and get your money back.
