Grizzly Guitars and Entertainment sold me a guitar online, to be shipped from their location in California to my location in Australia.  I placed the order in October, and was told via email from one of their customer service reps (named Jacob) that deliver is 2-4 weeks.  When it hadn't arrived, I contacted them asking for tracking.  They wouldn't provide it.  They then told me I was misinformed, and it could take up to three months to arrive.  Well now it's February and it's still not here.  I have contacted them dozens of times through phone and email, only receiving carbon-copy responses that it must be held up in transit. 

Finally, someone replied saying they will forward the complaint to the accounting team to investigate a refund.  Still havent heard back, several weeks later.  I filed a report with the better business bureau, and Grizzly responded to them saying they have refunded me the money.  Complete lies. I have checked with my bank and credit card processors weekly, and no money has EVER come back from them.

And on top of all this, now their website is down and they aren't responding to emails still.  Can anyone help me???
