This should be quite-fairly straight forward.  I have M S, Myasthenia gravis, and cancer.  My physicians (and specialists including therapists with DEA numbers and licensures) orders items, I send my hired help to  pick them up at Grogan's or I have them delivered.   Rarely, we must subsitute and order online or telephone supplies orders elsewhere. Grogans had been fine. Other services deliver, often same-day.   Embarassing, yet necessarily urgent, we ordered a month adult pads/diapers supply. Disability services )I have cancer, MS and myasthenia gravis) 100% remits the retail prices for my disabilities medical supplies needs.   I callled, routine, to see if orders were ready, and was greeted rudely, without having even completed my greeting and sentence I realize business is rapidly urgently busy, so I empathetically vety-quickly get to the point politely, and thanking them for help. Interrupting rudely by the female grogans employee, I was told I would have to talk to "sales," not usual or customary, a long term client I sumplu wanted to kow if we could pick up uspplies. RUDLELY, the so-called sales-lady said she reeived my faxed order, and withot verification (which would have clarified everything( stated my insurance was not to pay and I wold be liable for the entire amount; no nice words, customary greetings or friendliness, or poential double-checking on reimbursement status (which, from a competitor later, indeed condirmed the supplies were indeed covered).     IN NO WAT, do business with Grogans on any level. Better businesses exist both in directories and online, everywhere. I ordered from a health supplies in Northern Kentucky, who honored my insurance, who DELIVERED SAME DAY, and how has now gained by $45,000 annul business because Grogans  was too-busy to handle a simple problem a 12 yar old child could have accomodated.  Grogans rude backwards-assed mannerisms, employees who likely rode the short-bus in school and who never progressed, necessitates I tell and share with EVERYONE, physicians, paients, social workers, nurses, PAs, NPAs, hospital administrators, families, everyone etails regarding their new low-priorities in customer patients clients service on every level. If you need health supplird of any kind, on any level, SHOP ELSEWHERE. You'll be glad you did.   r-
