Groovy Automotive groovy lube, Not a trustworthy automotive repair shop Austin, Texas
This automotive shop is very untrustworthy. I took my car in for the same A/C repair several times, but it never worked. They actually made me pay extra the following times despite my questioning. It was a simple rip off that I didn't catch on at the time. I made copies of my reciept with the feeling that they wouldn't return them when I took it back the last time. I was right, they walked off with them, I left the car there at my last repair after complaining. When I returned, I didn't get back my all of my documents. I asked them if that was all the paper work and they said yes. I didn't argue but left quietly. From then on, I knew that they were not trustworthy. If they keep charging for the same repair and it never works, just leave.
