GSA, SBA EXPRESS, NETWORKAGENDA Long after I THOUGHT I had successfully cancelled my 'membership' I had 3 unauthorized chgs withdrwn from my bank! Saint George Utah
When I signed up for a disk to help me with government grants it asked for only a $2.95 shipping fee, nothing else if you canceled within the proper amount of time. I tried to cancel within 2 days and thought I had, but no here it is a month and a half later and I have found 3 different charges for I DON'T KNOW WHAT!!!! I NEVER received the disk (CD) but did pay the initial $2.95 for shipping, then several other charges from GSA/SBA, NetworkAgenda.com (whose phone # has been disconnected!) and SBA Express have suddenly appeared. I have gone back to the original website to try to find contact info...ANYTHING and could not.
When I contacted my bank they forwarded me emails from several other customers who have had exactly the same thing happen, thank god I found this website with GOOD contact info for this company! I also forwarded to my bank to share with the others who were ripped off.
I hope someone is taking legal action against this company!

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Toni. There are no commitments with the free product. The trial period is free for 7 days and we would not have charged Toni had she canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends. When you order our product you must select "Ship My FREE Kit!". Right next to that button is the following statement in no less than 10 pt font: Terms and Disclosures. By clicking "Submit" I am ordering the Grant Master CD and trial membership for one dollar and ninety-seven cents, after the 7-day trial I will be charged thirty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the 14 day and 21 day bonus trials to Express Business Funding and Network Agenda for seven dollars and ninety-five cents a month and nine dollar and ninety-five cents a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the PRIVACY POLICY (last updated: 02/12/2007) & Terms and Conditions. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as "GrantSearchAsst".To cancel call 1-866-396-5694, M - F, 9am - 9pm EST. Toni, please contact customer service at the number listed above. There you will find a helpful agent waiting to assist you with your concern.
