Jeannette, This is how these type of car lots operate. This is why you can never do anythingverbally with them. Everything must be in writing. You may have to go to small claims court for your losses. You really need to fle a complaint against the dealer's license, and file a claim against the bond on that dealer's license Also, if your payments were up to date before close of business on the day they repossessed, and you can prove it, you can file a theft report with the local police. As far as the condition of the car goes, all of that stuff should have been checked out before buying the vehicle. If you don't know anything about cars, you should take someone with you who does. Good luck.
