WE WENT THROUGH A LOCAL MORTGAGE COMPANY (MORTGAGE COMPANY OUT OF ROGERS, AR) THAT ASSURED US THAT THIS COMPANY WAS LEGIT, WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 45 TO 90 DAYS, WOULD NEED 1595.00 FOR THIS COMPANY GUARDIAN GROUP FUND AND 200.00 FOR PRP NATIONWIDE. THAT 1595.00 WOULD BE REFUNDED IF THEY COULD NOT GET THE LOAN COMPLETE THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED. NOW AFTER NOT BEING TOLD WHAT IS GOING ON WE FINALLY WENT AND TALK TO THE LOCAL MORTGAGE COMPANY THEY NOW SAY THE COMPANY WAS NOT OPERATING WITH THE RIGHT TITLE, AND THEY WILL TRY AND GET OUR MONEY BACK FOR US, BUT NOTHING COULD BE PROMISED. I DIDN'T LOSE MY HOUSE THANK GOODNESS, BUT HAVE LOST 1795.00 THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN USED TO HELP SUPPORT MY CHILDREN THAT BOTH HAVE CEREBRAL PALSY AND ONE OF THEM WITH HYDROCEPHALUS.

I know luis belevan, and i have read the reports about the ggf scam. i am concerned about what i have been reading, but i have asked luis personally what this is about. now, my gut tells me it was a scam, because so many people have come forward, it's been on the news, and he is getting charged with fraud. but, i have been told that it was'nt a scam, that some people backed out, the investors or whoever that was supposed to help buy the houses backed out. what i am trying to do is get more to this story, because i want to make sure i'm not involved with someone when this is all true, but i'm being told it was due to mismanagement, and they no one was trying to purposely scam anyone. can anyone give me more details? what exactly happened? like i said, i want to make sure i'm not getting dragged into anything. and yes, i own a home, and no he is'nt offering to buy my house or help with anything to do with my mortgage, but i still don't want to be involved with someone who did scam people, so i would like more to the story of who ever is willing to give it to me.
