Gulf coast marine air cond. Jamie Bid air conditioner replacement $5000.00 ...took over 6 mo to complete the work. then said the estimate wasfor parts only and demanded another 5000.00 or would file a lein. When I did return to Fl.. to sell the boat we discovered he installed a used a/c and it does not work. bradenton Florida

After six months and, numerous excuses he claimed the work was complete.
He then said his estimATE WAS for parts only and did not state labor, he demanded another $5000.00 or would file a lein.
I was selling the boat and needed to have clear title so I paid him.
Upon the survey the ac he installed was ua used unit and never did work.....be very carefull...stay away ferom him.
