In October 2007 we purchased a new 2008 Gulfstream Tourmaster at Chislom Trail Rv in Alb. New Mexico. First week the full wall slideout would not work took it back the dealer had it more than three weeks went to pick it up and the slide would not close all the way the dealer did not even have the slideout programer tool so they borrowed one from another dealer and did not know how to use it.Second time out the heater would not work, the back up camera would not work,

on the way back to the dealer the water line to the ice maker melted on the ref, burner cover and flooded the inside of the coach, the satilight tv would not work, this time the dealer had the coach for 4 months. We left the dealer and went on a trip thru Colorado the engine overheated and the air gauges for the braking system went to zero and a warning indicator came on stating no brakes. took it back to the dealer and they had it for allmost 6 months got it back the screen door latch was broken the ref, would not work and so on and so on there are or have been over 100 iteams that are or have been inop or broken.

Tony Sudden from Gulf Stream Coach came too where we live and viewed the coach and the long list of problems we have had or still have. He said they would take care of it,That was over one month ago and nothing has been said or done. This Motor Home is the biggest peice of rubbish ever made and the dealer and or Gulfstream will not repair it.This peice of crap is setting in our yard as we make the 1260.00 a month payments and the insurance payments and it is worthless we can Not use it at all.Gulfstream company is also useless they will not stand by thier products nor will they stand by the dealerships that sell their junk,

the dealer stated that Gulfstream would not pay the warranty tickets submitted to them. Ps the generator went out as we left the dealership one time cost 4,000.00 at a caterpiller dealership to repair. The generator also has to be removed from the coach just to change the air filter very bad desigin.

Individually with Gulf Stream they discount our experiences.

Perhaps together we can recoup the costs we deserve.

It would be great to create a class action suite or litigation with all of us together!

Thank goodness our famiies are safe.

Finally, in June of 2009 Gulf Stream Coach sent a reputable driver to our home to pick up the coach and drove it back to Nappenee Indiana to Gulfstreams factory. Under the close supervision of Tony Suddon the director of consumer services for Gulfstream each and every item that needed repaired or replaced was completed. Near the end of August my wife and I were flown out to Indina at the expence of Gulfstream to the factory where we were treated with the upmost respect,Gulfstream had went over and above the call of duty to complete the repairs along with several upgrades. Gulfstream even reimburssed several months of the payments we had made on the coach and issued a new one year coach warranty. We drove the coach the 1600 plus mile trip home and have made several trips since with absolutely zero problems. We now have the product that we purchased plus some upgrades.

I still don't have any kind words for Chislom Trail RV located at 12020 Central S.E. in Albuquerque,NM perhaps if they spent some of our hard earned cash on thier techs and tools they would be able to perform the proper services on these rolling technalogical wonders that a lot of us call home.

With all that being said and after 20 something months of greif and a lot of new gray hair the Gulfstream Tourmaster we have is Fantastic. Our Thanks goes out to Tony Suddon and everyone at Gulfstream Coach.
