I was sold a Travel Trailer made by Gulfstream in 2013.  It is an Innsbruck 2012 Travel trailer, that was brand new.  After two years of owner ship I noticed considerable tire wear on two tires.  After investingating and trying to determine the cause I noticed that the Gross vehicle weight and tires listed on the sticker on the side of the travel trailer did not match what was on the trailer.  I contacted the manufacture which is gulfstream.  I have been in contact if you can call it that for going on two + months.

First they asked for pictures of the VIN and tires, I sent them right away.  Week goes by so I ask what is happening and I am told it was sent to management and she was waiting to hear back, but noted it looked like a discrepancy.  Week passes again with no return email, so I email again asking what management had to say?  Then they come back and tell me that the sticker on the travel trailer is not correct and they will be sending me a new sticker to reflect the tire size that is actually on it.

Again weeks pass and nothing.  I have to email again what is going on?  Then they tell me I should have gotten a letter, ok, send me the letter along with new sticker.  Again, nothing, weeks.  I again email and am told well they were shutdown for the holliday week.  Again weeks pass, again I email Diane whom is doing all the responding.

Now again I 'm told that the sticker has been ordered, agian weeks pass and nothing.  Again I have to contact them and ask what is going on?  this time after more investigation the Vice President is involved and not answered her.  So again I wait and nothing.

Pretty apparent that unless you keep emailing they wont respond at all on their own and when I email them all I get is the run around.  So I advised in my last email that I was going to start reporting them and that is what I am doing.

I'll do this report, I'll also contact the Attorney General in Indiana and file a complaint, I will also file a report with the National Transportation and Saftey association.

Pretty obvious to me that the sticker isn't what was wrong and they don't want to pay for their mistake and send me the correct size tires.

I will never buy another one of thier products and if you do, be aware if you have any problems, they won't help you, even when it is their fault.  I wonder if I was in some accident while pulling the trailer and it was determined I was over the rated limit and had incorrect tires.  I wonder who the insurance company will go after?

I have done everything I can as a consumer.
