Gulfstream coach Inc. this is an update about my leaking roof since I wrote this report I have had no further action. After several communications with Gulfstream they still have not honored the warranty. I proceeded to get the roof in the leaks fixed in the back wall where rotted out. Gulfstream finally agreed to pay me a portion of the repair that had to be made to correct the vehicle.
When I took the RV down to get the repair done they called me a few days later to come and look at the damage and there was an extra charge after the original quote. Upon examining the damage that was done the walls were constructed of wood framing. This was one of my complaints with Gulfstream coach I purchased the vehicle with the assumption they had a six sided aluminum frame. This was a selling point to me when I question to CEO of Gulfstream he told me my coach was built a couple of months before they started using the aluminum framing. I spoke to other people in Gulfstream they started using aluminum framing 2 to 3 years before mine was built. So they not only did not honor their warranty but in my opinion they lied to me about the aluminum framing.
Today is November 19, 2014 I have had this vehicle about three years the last correspondence I had with Gulfstream I sent seven people in the organization letters not one response several months later. I sent another set of letters to the same seven people explaining the circumstances and to this day several months later I have not heard from one of the seven employees with Gulfstream. Again as I stated in my last update Gulfstream coach Inc. if they can't honor their warranties to their customers I think there business should be closed and them not be allowed to manufacturer RV's. The last time I took my RV out I ended up leaving it at an RV park because the front leveling jacks completely went out this was another expense on the RV of almost $1000.

This is an update about the report 949702 in reference to 2012 Canyon trail RV. In the report I stated that by the time I made my third or fourth complaint to golf coach Inc. about the roof leak and damage caused inside the vehicle. They told me they would put a note in my file four months later I had visible damage inside wall rear of RV sent photos. Upon receipt of my photos they came to decision that they were not going to do any further repairs to my vehicle. At this time my vehicle was not even 18 months old they stated they had a two-year 24 months warranty on roof and structure. Now it is April 2013 I have not heard one word from them.
