Gus Cerino Costanzo Cerino, Gus JR J Cerino sold sick puppy, Lehighton, Pennsylvania
My 15 year old daughter saved her money to by a siberian husky that she has wanted for years now. She found an ad in our local newspaper for the puppies and called him( Gus Cerino) he said he would meet us in Waynesburg if we wanted to see them so we did.
On July 7,2011 she purchased her dream puppy. The puppy seemed fine for the first 2 days and then we noticed a big change in her. She was not eating or drinking. On Monday July 11 we took her to the vets they did some test and found out she had Parvo. We had to rush her to an animal hospital 45 mins away so she could have round the clock care. She was there until July 14,2011 when she passed away. We called the breeder(Gus) to let him know about the puppy on Monday and then called him back on Thursday to let him know what happened and to see what he was going to do about it.
Everyone said we should get money back for the puppy and the vet bills. He sold us a sick puppy and he should have at least offered to pay half the vet bill. He is suppose to give her the money back that she paid for the puppy. We will see. My other problem is our puppy was with her brothers and sisters when she had this terrible disease and he is still selling them to people and they are going to have to go through this awful experience that we have just went through. If he still wanted to sell them than he should have taken them to the vet to have checked. Dont Buy From Him !!!!!
