Made arrangements to buy a car :I live 4 hours away.Financing was pre arranged by me.This is not byer re morse but Buyer Beware.There is no honesty or accountability here.
From the sale manage, Jeff on down. I own 6 cars so not new to car buying but learned a lesson in trusting shady people.The car was grossly misrepresented. Someone used my credit info from my pre arranged approval to apply for other credit that impacted my credit score WITHOUT my knowledge.(this was done to sweeten the deal for them in perks from another lender).Mis Representation of the cars condition and prior history.Car was to be service for the drive home,was not. It will cost me $5k to bring car to the value I paid for it.
This has been the worst dealer experience I have ever had,hands down.Their self appointed claim to be #1 in South FL is 100% false.
