My wife and I went to see a live Ultimate Fighting Championship event in Las Vegas on Dec. 30th 2006. We went for this 90 minute presentation and actually liked what we saw. We signed up with a 5 day right to rescend. Well we got cold feet and canceled in three days.

We get back to South Carolina and get a call from Dane Newton in the rewards department offering us free stuff. We reminded him that we had canceled and it didn't show that we had. He supposedly took care of all that,promised we would not get billed and our refund of $899.50 would be returned immediately. None of this ever happened.

That was the week of 01/08/07. On March 1st of 07 we get billed. We call the billing company and they have heard nothing from Harbor Resort. We got Dane to email a copy of the cancelation letter and sent that to the billing company. The billing company credited our account the same day. Now for our $899.50 refund from Harbor Resort....Well it has been three months since we canceled...nobody takes our calls from Harbor Resort...We had to file fraudulent charges with our credit card company which is still going to take 30 more days. All the time we are paying interest on this $899.50 with no certainty that we are going to get our money back. We went to the BBB in Vegas and they have a rap sheet for customer complaints like you would not believe. When in Vegas beware of this company.
