I have been advised that Harry C. Green passed away today. I trust that he made his peace with God - May God rest his soul. Although I have no regret for any of the statements herein, as they remain true and accurate, in respect for his passing, I have asked RipOffReport to remove this file - they have declined per their policy. Their will be no further updates to this report.

In response to Leslie and Harry, my best defense to their statements is the truthas I see things in business, life and faith in black and white, right and wrong, ethical and unethical. I do not operate in shades of grey and the ends do not justify the meansI have had this discussion with Harry before about his own modus operandi. Therefore, the truth dictates that I must set the record straight on a number of things that were stated:
1. I actually made contact with Harry Green prior to accepting the CEO position with another company, it was not as a result of that company I actually turned down a prior offer from Mr. Green to take that other CEO position.
2. Yes I was fired from that CEO position without going into the details, I was a career entrepreneur taking on a position with a non-profit, and rarely do entrepreneurs work out well when encumbered by the restrictive business environment of a non-profit. Additionally, I uncovered a number of alleged unlawful and unethical practices in the company and stirred the pot too much this was more than the founder and the chairman of the board bargained for, and they made a quick decision to dismiss me rather than deal with correcting the issues.
3. Leslie states if he got the deals funded he would receive compensation but with greed in his eyes he could only think that he would be able to immediately fund a company The truth here is that I was never hired, nor given the responsibility, to fund or find funding for any client.
Prior to my work with Harry Green, I had never been involved in trying to arrange funding for anyone, nor did I have any funding contacts that would have certainly been incompetence on Mr. Green's part to hire someone who had never been involved in funding, to find funding for his clients. All clients during my 11 months with the company understood very well, that I was the one responsible for the due diligence and Mr. Green was bring the funding relationships to the table. Furthermore, everyone who knows me knows I have no greed and my lifestyle is very modest.
4. It was stated We have had some unhappy clients, what business hasn't? We are dealing with that very, very small group. Those that are reading this, I would suggest you check back oftenI believe you will see that this is no very, very small group, but a significant number of the company's clients (again to clarify, from years ago to 5 years ago)As other's experiences are posted you be the judge.
5. Mr. Green states He is clearly trying to hurt me. If that was really the motivation, I would have pursued this 1 years ago. I have been inundated recently with calls from people who have been ruined financially by Mr. Green and they have relayed their stories of being deceived and receiving nothing for the front-end fees they paidmany did not even receive the packaging of their deal, let alone any funding.
Additionally, comments have been made sarcastically and mockingly but Harry is a Christian, so he is forgiven! This is not out of a motivation to hurt Harry as he states, but to keep others from being hurt by him and making a mockery out of how they now view Christians.
6. Harry states Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs and ventures do not qualify for funding, I agree, but that has never deterred Mr. Green from taking those clients on and charging them tens of thousands of dollars, in some cases hundreds of thousands, when there is no real reason (except for desperate greed) for taking that amount of front-end fee from anyone.
I know for a fact Harry was always so desperate for money, he would take any client on that could pay the fees. It is stated our capital contract services are provided only on a best efforts basis, the Contracts do say that, but why would any company pay hundreds of thousands of up front fees, unless it was strongly held out to them that funding had a very high likelihood, and/or that the company had been highly successful at arranging funding for other clients.
For the most part, only NASD licensed Broker Dealers charge large sums of front-end fees, and in most cases this is to take a company public, even at that, front end fees (like Mr. Green has charged clients) of a quarter million up to just under three-quarters of a million for Capital Consulting services and for referred funding intermediaries is unheard of, and unnecessary in all cases for a best efforts basis capital services contract.
It is also interesting to note that one of Mr. Green's independent consultants stated I thought 90% of all businesses he took on for funding received funding and another after he found out that the company had never been successful in funding any clients (in the period 1 years ago through 5 years ago) stated were not aware the company has never funded clientsthat's not what we have been lead to believe.
7. It is stated We honor our agreements and provide full money back guarantee's on our training products... no questions asked. Ok, how about on the past Capital Consulting Clients? If that offer is good for them as well, I will have a large number of your prior clients contact your company right away for a no questions asked refund of a collective amount of well over $1 million.
8. Finally, Mr. Green states that I have attacked his personal faith. I will let the Word of God speak for meYou will know them by their fruits Matthew 7:16:
My dear friends, don't believe everything you hear. Carefully weigh and examine what people tell you. Not everyone who talks about God comes from God. 1 John 4:1 (The Message)
But I am saying that you shouldn't act as if everything is just fine when one of your Christian companions is promiscuous or crooked, is flip with God or rude to friends, gets drunk or becomes greedy and predatory. You can't just go along with this, treating it as acceptable behavior. 1 Corinthians 5:11 (The Message)
Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning. 1 Timothy 5:20 (NASB)
I don't think I need to respond further, as I have stated before, truth is the only defense I will need for any of the rebuttal allegations herein and the testimony and/or reports of others will support the truth.

Jim's comments and false allegations directed at me and my companies are an affront to me, our people and shareholders. His attacks upon our services and even my personal faith do not reflect the values of the Christian he professes to be. He is clearly trying to hurt me, which is unfortunate, but there is far more at stake here.
His spurious attacks will more likely destroy innocent loyal employees and hurt the clients and shareholders he pretends he wants to protect. He is irresponsibly attempting to deter folks who need us, by posting on this ludicrous web site. That is contemptible. He was a disgruntled employee of our company and the company he worked at before that. Historically, he does not agree with management or his superiors. Here are the facts.
My personal mission and that of our companies and staff has always been to help entrepreneurs. I have never taken on any client, unless I truly believed that I could help them. But raising capital is a complex and involved process. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs and ventures do not qualify for funding. A bigger problem is that third-party funding sources or brokers often fail to deliver on their promises. We do our best. Most important, our capital contract services are provided only on a best efforts basis.
We are committed to meeting the terms of all of our contracts and have made refunds to clients when we have been unable to provide services as agreed upon. In six years we have provided refunds on two consulting agreements and only four training product CDs. We honor our agreements and provide full money back guarantee's on our training products... no questions asked.
Jim has made erroneous statements regarding our training programs. These programs did not exist when he worked for our company. He has never been to one of our funding academies, nor examined any of our current training materials or information products. His statements regarding the content and strategies we are currently teaching are inaccurate. Our policies, products and marketing strategies have totally changed since his departure approximately two years ago.
Jim has no firsthand knowledge of anything we are currently doing so his opinions and comments aren't valid. Our focus now is on helping entrepreneurs help themselves. We are changing lives and have hundreds of testimonies in writing and on our web sites. I have been recognized and our products have been endorsed by America's leading financial publications. We have a documented 30 year track record... he does not.
In accordance with our policy of meeting our contractual commitments, I would welcome any opportunity to meet with Jim, or any of the purported clients he cites, who would like to address legitimate and justifiable complaints. Jim should resolve his issues of unforgiveness and move on. It would be in his best interests to retract his posting. I only wish him the best.

When the comments by Jim from Columbus were brought to my attention I was shocked and appalled. What are your options? Ignore it. Which is easiest but leaves others wondering, Why aren't they saying anything? Or, you defend, which unfortunately gets into a playground fight of he said, she said.
I am Corporate Counsel for all of the companies mentioned by Jim and have been since 2000. Jim was with the company for less than a year. It is interesting too that Jim didn't mention how he came to be with the company. He had made a contact with Mr. Green through a different company he was working with.
When he was fired, yes, fired, from the other job he called Mr. Green and Mr. Green told him our financial situation and that it would be impossible to pay him a salary but he could act as an independent consultant and if he got the deals funded he would receive compensation that way. He was fully compensated for any efforts he made. AND, when he decided to leave the company because it wasn't enough money for the lifestyle he was living, we allowed him to continue relationships with the clients he had been working with to date since it usually takes longer than 10 months for a company to fully fund because of all of the proper due diligence required by law for the companies we would submit information to.
Jim seemed to understand all this when he became involved with the company but with greed in his eyes he could only think that he would be able to immediately fund a company and make the large sums he imagined due. When this didn't happen for him it couldn't be his fault, had to be someone else's.
Now that the he said, she said is out of the way I would like to repeat that I have been with the company for six years. Mr. Green and I work very closely. He has NEVER signed an agreement with any client with any intention but of wanting to help them. Unfortunately, that is not possible in every situation. We do the best we can with the clients that we have. All of our client contracts state that they are on a best efforts basis. This is common language in contracts of this kind.
We would love to have a pooled income of funds that we could just fund every client that we feel has a worthy project, which is every client we have worked with. The passion the clients bring to the table is so overwhelming you become involved with your heart right from the beginning. You want to do everything you can for them. Then months into it when the money isn't in their bank account they don't understand.
Most entrepreneurs know their product and their idea but they don't know the funding world and how it works or they wouldn't need us. But no matter how many times you tell them the process all they care about is the money and all they hear is that you are going to give them money, even though that is never said.
This is from my heart because I am not an entrepreneur. I get very frustrated with this business. But in the end I meet a new client and their excitement takes over and you want to help them so bad. And when they get angry at you because they are suffering financial ruins because they cannot get their dream off the ground you feel like a failure because of their failure and they lash out at everyone. That is the nature of the beast. But we are hanging in there.
When Jim was with the company for the short time we were selling consulting contracts which left us open to helping from the beginning to the end for the client, which we loved, but it also left us open to being the fall guy for the company when the financing didn't come because of something they failed to do. We do have some unhappy clients, but in my heart I believe we did everything we could. And when you have a consulting contract, it is pretty wide open as to what the client expects. You try to limit it to only doing certain things, but once you are involved with the client and talk to them everyday for months, they become more than a client. So you start doing things not stated in the contract. This is great for them at the time, but when the funds aren't there they unfortunately forget everything you did for them. We have had some unhappy clients, what business hasn't? We are dealing with that very, very small group.
However, we have a new product that has a beginning and an end and the contract is specific. We are very excited about it and feel that the success for all clients is just around the corner.
We wish Jim well in all he does and hope that he can find peace in his heart.
