When you ordered your free trial offer there was a credit authorization for the trial amount you planned on purchasing in 21 days and one charge for the invoiced shipping costs, including any additional items you may have ordered at the time of purchase. A credit authorization is not a credit card charge and if you choose to cancel the free trial offer, the credit authorization will disappear from your statement within 1-7 Days. Many companies hide this information and make you call a number to cancel the offer only for the customer to get a busy signal or sit on hold for an hour. This is not how we do business. Our terms for this offer are highlighted next to the "unchecked" checkbox that you agreed to. We also provide an online customer service system that can be accessed 24/7 for cancellation of the offer. There is a link to cancel on every page of our website including the offer terms that you agreed to. We take great pride in being an honest online company and should you wish to return your product, please visit our online customer service system and request a refund at http://support.healthbuy.com Best regards, HealthBuy.com Customer Service

That something is not "free" is that they want your debit/credit card info. That is also the tipoff to read the "terms and conditions" small print, where you probably agreed to those ridiculous charges. The basic premise of these "free" offers is that they suck you in with FREE! FREE! FREE!, then have their way with your debit/credit card. Anytime someone offers something for free, but wants your payment info, that is the time to start looking for the small print. Bottom line : You don't get something for nothing, but if you try to, you'll likely get scammed.
