I have been doing business with Healthy Pets / EntirelyPets for a couple of years and have had a very positive experience. They have shipped all my orders timely and completely and have NEVER overcharged my credit card.

I placed an order for 10 pounds of Nupro Joint Support late in the afternoon on November 12, 2003 and was quoted a shipping charge to Honolulu, Hawaii of $ 4.85. Thinking this was an error in shipping cost by Entirely Pets, I requested the charge be verified if an error had been made; and the cost prohibitive. To my complete satisfaction, I received my 10 pounds of supplies in excellent condition within 4 days of my order! True to their word, shipping costs to Honolulu was only $ 4.85. No ripp-off here!

I placed a first time order on May 2, 2003 and received my order on May 5, 2003 (quicker than I thought it would come)before the order even showed up on my credit card statement online! Maybe you should check to make sure your order did not get lost in the mailing process?

I do alot of purchasing from this company,and have never had a problem , I ordered ear e\meds for my dogs on Dec. 26,2002 and within 3 days the product was in my hands. I have never had a problem recieving anything from this company (entirelypets.com) and I would recommend them to anyone who needs affordable pet supplies. I have ordered many shampoos from them that are available from my vet - I pay 1/2 the vets cost. They don't rip anyone off, maybe you need to get ahold of the company again and find out where the shipment is !
