TO ALL POTENTIAL PEOPLE THAT MIGHT NEED THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. I ordered a motor from HEAT on 4/16/09 After ordering I noticed the RIP OFF WARNING about this company. I almost cancelled my order with my credit card company even though it was the best deal that I could find. Well, instead I called back on 4/ 17/ 09 and disscussed this issue with customer service rep, Mr. David. He assured me that he did locate a motor that was going to be rebuilt for me and that they have had many cancellations occur due to that very same claim on the internet. He thanked me for calling in lieu of just cancelling like most people. To prove his honesty he sent me directly to the source that was rebuilding the motor for them fully aware that I could buy directly from his source and by pass them completely. Well, after calling this other company and verifiying that all that was said was true and honest I am of course keeping my order and now I feel good about my purchase. I will report again after the motor is installed and running and let everyone know the final verdict! These people seem as honest as you can get and they are willing to prove that it is true! My name is Brad Rosenthal and I am an owner of Honest Engines and Transmissions (HEAT Automotive). Our first engine was sold on Dec. 5, 2008. The rip-off report was posted on Dec. 6; the day after one of our competitors went out of business. My father Samuel G. Rosenthal is a plastic surgeon in Jacksonville FL. Check out how sterling his record is. Consider the source. Sure, we have some problems but we rectify all of them. Like many companies we have a few errors, but do know all are rectify. Dr. Goldblum does not exist. Try to find them. These people do not exist.
