Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I put a deposit down on a male Yorkie. The day before i was suppose to pick him up. I received a call from the breeder saying he was at the Vet on a IV. She said his two sister died and she thinks he has Parvo. She told me if he didn't make it she would return my deposit..He passed the next day. She sounded upset and i told her when she was ready call me and we will talk about the deposit. After a week and half i never heard anything. I e-mailed her and ask about her upcoming litters. She said she had a litter coming in Dec but, had 3 people on her waiting list. I told her since she couldn't guarantee and male i will go ahead and get my deposit back. She agreed and said she would send out that Friday.

A week later nothing. So, e-mailed her for the status. She replied that the puppy died of Corona and her and husband think that with the high Vet Bill that they don't think they should send the deposit and on her sight she states the deposit is non refundable. I reminded her she told me she would send my deposit back and she said she misspoke out of grief I feel it is non refundable if i decided not to get the pup.I never had the pup in my possession..

I am not sure what really happened to my pup (Payton)..

I want everyone to know if you put down a deposit of one of Heavenly Yorkies pups and it dies before you get them..You will not get your deposit back..

You need to report her to the Better Business Bureau and get on the forum called Yorkie Talk if you start a forum with them when people do a google search on the company it will come up as a neg company/individual, at least you can get the word out to warn others of her illegal operations, I would also advise you file in small claims court and make sure you keep all the emails or letters you sent requesting your deposit back. This is the yorkie talk website: www.yorkietalk.com Good Luck!

This is an absolute NO-NO!!~~ If you order goods online and then the factory blows up and destroys their products, you'd get a refund!! This is definitely not right... I raise puppies and I will tell you that... If she cannot provide the puppy you put the deposit down on, she should return it... pronto! You could even sue for interest on the money. I am totally serious. I know it's more money to file a case, but... you need to contact the authorities. Do you have a cancelled check? I'd file a police report. Contact Judge Judy or Judge Roy Brown and they will PAY you to appear and prove your case. Don't let it go -- she'll just go on and do it again... If she's having financial hardship due to the pups getting sick, she needs to get out of the business. She does not need to SCREW YOU just to help cover HER loss. She should have taken prevention to make sure the puppies didn't get sick to begin with. You need to update this and post her NAME and her WEBSITE address if she has one (and I think you mentioned that she does)... that way if anyone googles her name or business for info, this report will come up and warn them. If she advertises on Puppyfind you can post a review to warn others, too. Also there are blogs and forums you can post, especially in (((redacted))). Make sure it can be read in her town. Keep all proof... correspondence -- emails, the cancelled check, any paperwork or contract she may have given you. I wish you the best... Keep posting updates and this will come to the top... the more that people read it and post comments, the higher it will go on the page when anyone googles info on her. Keep up the fight.
