I did not connect Wade Keniston with the organizations of which you have a complaint. I can see how the similar sounding organization names and abbreviations might be confusing. But if you are going to make such severe accusations, you should be more careful. It does nothing to help with the real complaints you might have against others.
As to his "felony", if you had carefully read the court docket summary for the case number you referenced, you would have seen the notation of "NOTE: DESIGNATED MISDEMEANOR" on 12/22/2005. I doubt a person who had "killed someone with his car and left the scene" as you say would have his charges reduced to a misdemeanor and be sentenced only to probation.
Basically I think you owe Mr. Keniston an apology.

Pat the Handi-Team is alot differant than these other groups mentioned here, and I hope we can get things differentiated here.
1. We don't let order's that big go out.
2. We always ask our customers if they are in charge of their finances.
3. We always refund money upon a request with no questions asked.
4. We send a letter out with every product ordered that gives the purchaser the right to cancel the order upon recipt and get a refund if the order has been prepaid for, and keep the merchandise as our free gift. If the order was sent on the honor system from Handi-Team like most orders are and the purchaser is unable to pay because of health or financial difficulties, again we put the customer on our Do Not Call list immediately and let them keep the order as our free gift. We never ask for donations or present ourselves as a charity like these other clowns.
5. I'm unsure who your mother is, but am more than willing to give her a refund for anything from my company which you deem is viable. I don't think she did business but once, or twice for the bumper sticker campaigns we hold to support the disabled that participate in the special olympics every season. We made it up to the Silver Level of sponsorship this year which is great considering the economy.
Please call my office this next week or at your earliest convenience toll free at 1-866-483-2695. I will talk to you in depth about how our company is alot different than these others that you mentioned. We are affiliated with none of them, and are embarrassed by their actions.
Sincerely:
Wade Keniston President of Handi-Team

Hey Bolts, Who's the greedy vulture here? Why don't you explain WHY the FTC SUED Helping Hands of Hope earlier in 2008? Take your time. We'll wait.
