Heritage Bank Senior Lending Officer Jeff Brecklein Liar Crook Takes Advantage of Elderly Jonesboro Arkansas
Senior lending officer of Heritage Bank in Jonesboro Arkansas, Jeff Brecklein is a Liar. He took advantage of my parents, lying to them on several occasions causing them severe mental anguish and financial distress. My parents cosigned on a loan that was only to last until the contract came due. Little did they know they would have to be responsible for the entire duration of this loan. They were lied to.
They were forced to cosign again or be forced to pay this loan off out of their pocket. This mortgage went into forclosure and my parents were forced by Heritage Bank and their attorney to pay off this note. Its a long story but Jeff Brecklein and Heritage Bank helped send my mother to her grave early. My mother passed away under stress from this ordeal. I hope your happy Mr. Brecklein.
In another situation my mother and I were promised a loan to build a resturant. For several months we were told by Jeff Brecklein that all we had to do was just come in and sign the papers. After spending several thousand dollars out of our own pocket we went to the bank to sign paperwork and was told by Mr. Brecklein that they were not going to be involved in the resturant business in our area. My mother and I had excellent credit and were good for this loan.
After asking around I later learned that this bank was almost insolvent and on the brink of being taken over by the government for several bad loans that they could not collect on and they could not lend any more money. My mother and I left Heritage Bank and went directly across the street to an honest bank and had our loan within forty five minutes. We built our resturant and it was sucessful. My opinion is that anyone in the Jonesboro Arkansas area looking for a good bank to business with avoid Heritage Bank at all cost.
