Herman Street Video Editing Software crashes every time it loads. Company unsupportive, unresponsive Internet
Here is the last Email I sent to Herman Street who have not responded to any Emails sent to [email protected] besides their autoresponder.
I have sent numerous messages over the past week and today about the problem with your software crashing.
Installed the Power Director 12 and the 13 Ultra as instructed from your email but the program is still crashing shortly after loading.
I looked for patches on the Cyberlink website and found only one for 13 and it said I did not have the right build installed.
If you have no solutions just refund my money promptly.
This situation has delayed my business online that depends very much on video presentations of my work.
I am VERY unhappy and plan to complain to the proper authorities including the Federal Trade Commission and online consumer reporting agencies like www.ripoffreport.com
You could have avoided my escalating complaints by promptly answering my emails, phone calls over the past week and solving this problem.
Your company evidently is interested in taking persons money but not supporting the software that obviously has been problematic quite sometime.

Herman Street [email protected] did not respond to any of my emails about the software crashing. Finally after speaking to someone on the phone they sent an email with links for a version previous to the one I purchased originally and a link to an upgrade. I installed them and the program still crashes. It is useless. Have not been able to use it at all.
Herman Street does not answer the phone when you call 801-528-3720 or the number on their website: 866-648-2140. It goes to a voicemail message EVERY time I called even during 'normal business hours' and asks that you leave a message.
After purchasing the software and getting the additional software via email from them and being referred to their website for patches it is easy to see that they are selling buggy software that is so much of a problem that they don't even answer the phone when you call and are evidently busy dealing with lots of other complaints.
