I am terribly sorry for your expreience at your local Hess Station. I have worked for the company for 2 years and I could not imagine treating a customer that way. If you need help filling your gas tank then both employees should have bent over backwards to help you. I know I would have. i work the night shift and have had a few people ask for help and even if I have a line of customers I make it a point to help them first since there are two of us working. I can't imagine why such rude employees would even still have a job with our company. You the customer are the ones who pay our paycheck every week and with out you we would not have a job. I hope there is some way to regain you as a customer. I would like to give you the corporate number for filing a complaint about this incident or any other incident you may have at one of our locations in the future. Again I am terribly sorry for any humiliation you may have ecountered.
