Hess Kennedy Paid of 1600 Coral Springs Florida
I was having problems with debt, and looked up some companies online. Hess Kennedy was the only ones that called back. I thought by doing this I would be helping myself get my debt under control. I gave them the list of companines I wanted them to deal with and we agreed on a monthly amount for 12 months to pay. I continued to get calls from collectors and would refer them to Hess Kennedy as they said to do.
When the calls kept coming in I call Hess Kennedy, would never get an answer and if I did get lucky enough to talk to someone I was told that they didn't have record of me having an account with them or that the company I was talking about wasn't a company we agreed upon. I have asked several times for copies of the letters that were sent to the creditors and copies of my agreement, what compaines I asked for help with and what they showed I asked for help with. Never have I received anything from them.
After a year they still kept taking money out of my accout when I was paide up. I have paid over 1600.00 to this company and I am now getting letters saying they will garnish my wages to pay for these debts that Hess Kennedy was supposed to take care of.

Update!! I received the amout I paide to Hess Kennedy back in the form of a check. Only problem they left me with no creditors delt with, now i have to get ahold of the creditors and explain what happened and hope they will accept that explaination and let me pay them with out having to go through wage withholdings. I know that I'm to blame for the debts but I hired them to take care of the payoffs and reduce the amount of money i was shelling out each month........well they didn't do anything to help me. they have hurt me more than i had been before i went through the company. i have company's threating to sue me for non-payment.....i have companys sending wage withholdings to my employeer and all because i chose the WRONG company to help me with my debts.
