First I would like to say that you might try talking to the GENERAL MANAGER next time, vs. a manager who obviously doesn't have the ability to overturn a policy set in place by their coporate office - the last time I checked no one at that store had the last name of "GREGG". Oh yeah... you might try asking what a stores return policy is if you don't know it - or how about reading the back of your store receipt??? It would seem logical, making a purchase of this amount, that you would ask the simple question "what if something goes wrong, what do i do, what would happen"... do everyone in retail a favor: stay inside - buy online - and remember one little thing: you will catch more flies with honey, than with vinegar! To all you people out there in "pitty party" land - what makes you think if you treat someone less than you'd expect to be treated that they would EVER want to help you? Reverse the situation - try it - it works!!!
