Mary, As an employee of H.H. Gregg it pains me to hear of the trouble that you have had. The company that we were using for our ESP was G.E. We have recently replaced them with a different company and it has been a world of difference. I understand that this information does nothing to help you now. It is a way of telling you that H.H.Gregg cares enough to cancel the contract on a multi-billion dollar company to go with a company that will work with us. What I recommend you do is get in contact with the store and ask to speak to the vendor relations department. They will fill out the form and Vendor Relations will call you with in 24 BUSINESS hours. If they can find a solution to your problem then they will. Please do not think bad about H.H.Gregg, as they are working to help you. I do apologize for your troubles.
