Good-lookng 2 story 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath house. with large windows, vaulted cielings, and an abundance of natural light. Downstairs has a great kitchen with bar style counters. Living room has skylights and wood/gas fireplace. Large backyard with patio is great for BBQs. Front porch with swing. 2 car garage, washer and dryer, quiet neighborhood.
as an added bonus it only has $113,000 left on the mort.gage. Unfortunately, the previous owner could no longer maintain the mort.gage payments and are losing the home. But, I can have you take over the payments, and save the property from fore.closure. The deed can then be put into your name, and you will own the property, with no credit checks and no down payments. It seemed to good to be true but why not call and find out... when I called 12-27-07, they said I could get a refund at any time and that most find a home within 90 days. I wanted to do some research first before I give up my credit card # and I'm so glad I did. It's disappointing that it's not legit but I'm grateful to those who made their posting here and for ripoffreport for giving us a place to do so. They appear to reroute their website now...rather than having it directly to their site the run it through an individuals name (http://derrick115.homeaccessusa.com/)
I also included a link to look up the company in the Better Business Bureau.
