We have owned washers in the past and so when shopping for a new power washer for our second home in Florida we asked a lot of questions.  The Home Depot sales assistant highly recommended the Husky 2000 washer, and based on her comments we bought the machine.  Although this machine was purchased last winter when we were in Florida, it hasn't been used more than twice.  We now find it has no power since it is leaking badly from the bottom of the machine.  We are not mechanical and don't profess to know what the problem is.  All we do know is that we were sold a "bill of goods" by the Home Depot assistant and believe that Husky is not the well made reliable power washer we had been led to believe.

Husky Let Us Down Again

After waiting several weeks for the promised parts for the leaky Husky Power Washer, they finally arrived. Had our address been taken down correctly we would no doubt have received them sooner. However, that would not have helped our situation, since they were the wrong parts, so we are back to "Square One". I cannot believe this company is still able to operate just judging on the gross inefficiency we have experienced. Their Customer Service is non existent and we are truly disgusted with the treatment we have received from this company.

Husky Power Washer parts not received.

Husky responded to our complaint by asking us to call their Customer Service which we did. They promised to send us the part needed to stop the power washer leaking from the bottom. More water comes out of bottom of machine than the wand, which makes this power washer useless. Needless to say we did not receive the part but it would seem this is a common problem with Husky. We have been more than patient - more than two weeks have elapsed and we still have not got the so called required part. This is called Customer Service. We feel this department should be renamed to Husky Lack of Service Department.
