Avoid this company like the plague. I believe them to be a complete fraud and am pursuing action with the State Attorney General. The address at 305 Broadway 9th Floor is a shared office space....look it up.

Reported A/C problem, technican came out and determined to be compressor. The company called refusing the repair because of pre-existing condition. Compressor's dont fail over time, they work one day and completely fail the next. Called the local technican and he was completely baffled as to why they would suggest it was pre-existing. Have asked to speak to supervisor to no avail. The owner's name as appears in the New York Sec State fillings is SAM ZAKARIN.
These people make American Home Shield look like the company of the year. Avoid at all cost.
