To whom it may concern:
This letter is my opportunity to sincerely apologize for the comments made to this customer. Unfortunately, due to circumstances surronding those events, those comments were made out of line and without regard to human descency. I'm truly sorry for any pain on heartache this may have inflicted on you or your family. In response to this situation, Honda of Clear Lake handled the situation with swift justice and class; ultimately dimissing me of my post. Please, disregard their direct involvement of my actions. This event cost me my job, therefore with the correct steps in place, I would like to ask a forgiving Christian soldier to please remove the complaint from on-line. Not for my sake, but for my Dad's. We share the same name and I have brought shame to his as well as mine. And for that too, I am truly sorry. Hopefully, this will be the first step in the healing process for all the parties involved.
