HOODIA 66 ripoff, dishonest, not cooperative, rude, lacked integrity ONTARIO California
I ordered trial sample of the product Hoodia 66. Received
the order, but before I got the chance to complete the trial a 30 day supply was billed to my account, then order was shipped before I could call to cancel.
For the last month & 1/2 i've been trying to get them to credit back my account. I have since complied with their request, by send back the unopened product, at my expense.
Every time I call to get an update on my credit, I get some store, they can't find my records, I ask for a mgr, they are in a 4hr meeting.
One opportunity I did get a mgr his name was Jeff, he assured me him would personally handle this issue. I waited two weeks, finally I called again on two consecutive days and got the same story, their system is down, asked for a mgr both times none were available they were in a 4hr meeting. The same story from two different reps.
I believe they are told to give the same excuse when the customer calls. The last call I made, I asked for the number to corperate location they refused. all they could provide was a P.O. box number. I hope someone can help me, I just want my money back for something I no longer have.
