Reggie : You placed an order for the 15 day trial that comes with a monthly shipment until you cancel you had 15 days to cancel from the day you place your order if you do not cancel within the allotted time period then on the 20th day they ship out your first mon Reggie : Free Trial terms / AP Program As a part of this free trial offer, you'll receive a free Trial of the HoodiaPhen and you only pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. This gives you the opportunity to try the super diet aid for free to let you decide if this Ginger : this is obviously how they scam you, if that was the case then when they ship you the next two bottles why don't they send a packing slip, invoice, anything maybe even a return address, phone number..... anything. because you know that they dont even put that disclaimer where you can read it right up front. Ginger : then they should have put that on the front page not in a link somewhere it's not seen, because let me tell you i didn't see anything like that anywhere when I was placing this order. Reggie : we not only ship diet pills we also ship male and femal sexual stimulants so everything is shipped discreetly Ginger : I have sent this into certain complaint agencies along with a ton of other people, and if that was the case how do you expect these people to cancel after you send the free sample? Reggie : We cannot force you to read what you are agreeing all we can do is provide the information for you if you failed to read that info it is not this companies fault because we povided the info for you Ginger : you have no return info, the only number that can be called is a nextel cell number that no one answers!!! Reggie : like I said we did what we were supposed to do we provided the terms and conditiosn for you we do not provide and address because we don't accept returns Ginger : there are several people on this complaint site saying they called the same number Ginger : then how do you stop the shippments Reggie : submit a customer support ticket Ginger : HUH? Ginger : This is how you keep taking peoples money, you keep beating around the bush and changing the subject Reggie : to cancel an order all you had to do is submit a customer support ticket on this site within 15 days of the date you ordered the sample Ginger : I want these shippments stopped as of right now, I have also notified the bank that you will be attempting to take this from my account. I will be filing paperwork at the bank against this as well, not to mention i will be getting a hold of ups to return this product since they will have your return information. Ginger : I will be sending this to the news stations website as well that I got the hoodiaphen link from and letting them know the way you guys are dealing as well. Reggie : Once the itme is shipped and billed all sales are final we do not accept returns nor offer refunds Ginger : I WANT THE SHIPPMENTS STOPPED!
