Horizon Telecom - Scam Company They sign you up for phone service without you knowing then try to hide inside your AT&T bill Orlando Florida
We discovered Horizon Telecom on our phone bill form AT&T as a 3rd party provider that we apparently sign up for on the internet. We called and had the service stopped and explained that we never signed up for it. They said they would look into refunding our money and that it would take 2 billing cycles to happen. Of course it never happened. They had my birthdate wrong in their info, thus I claimed it couldn't have been me because I wouldn't enter the wrong birthdate. The operator was friendly, and made it sound like they get this from lots of people. She said sending a copy of my driver's license would solve the problem and they would credit me. I doubt it, but we will see. This is a complete rip-off company that needs their a**es sued and owners in jail for life.
