HorizonDrugs.com take your money, make you think your order is on the way, then you never hear from them again Costa Rica Internet
I placed an order with this company in the hopes that I would be able to get my birth control pills for a better price than I would a traditional pharmacy. Things were fine until I after I got a confirmation email stating that my order had been shipped on January 30, 2003.
Their website states that it would take 3-4 business days to receive your order and they give you a so-called tracking number so you can track your order on the USPS website.
Well, the tracking number I was given is apparently wrong because every time I type it in or click on the link that was given to me, the USPS website still says there is no information available.
Ok, you'd think after almost 2 weeks there would be some information available. Also, I have contacted these people 4 different times and not once have I received a response from them.
They don't give you a phone number or a physical address, so you have to contact them via their website "customer service" email crap.
I am very pissed about this as my credit card has been charged $62 for an order that I have yet to receive or get any information on.
I will be contacting the company that charged my card for these assholes to dispute the charges and get them taken off.
Do not go through Horizondrugs.com, it's a rip off.

FINALLY received my order...

I finally received my order today 2-13-03 after having to hound several different people. I still have heard nothing from the company I originally ordered from, so their customer service is really really bad. They should also update their website so that it's not lying-it took 2 weeks to receive my order instead of the 3-4 days that I was promised.
