Hotel Urban Merida Hotel Urban Merida horrible service and quality Merida Yucatan
The Hotel Urban Merida has many cleaning and quality problems in its rooms, as well as poor service from the manager and staff. The rooms are very dirty, do not change the sheets of the beds, there is no ventilation, the bathroom with hair of other people, both in the shower and pubic hair in the toilet. I do not recommend that you arrive at that hotel.
