Here are my issues with this site
Login problems and Pathetic Customer Service-I tried logging on the site and was unsuccessful even though I joined the site. I called the customer service and left them a message and have never got a reply back from them ever as of yet!
No picture issue-I have been sent letter notifications of ladies by email even though I could not login and post my picture on mt profile. One has to ask the question what right thinking lady would write to a profile with no picture on it? The answer is-No right thinking lady would!
Racially Off-Balanced-The site has advertisements that only contain one-ethnicity in them and no other-ethnic advertisements whether they are found at the side or top or on the homepage. This is racially unfair and shows racial inequality and bias.
They have no problems taking your money if you are of another ethncity but to post your ethnity on the site they have major problems with this! No nonwhite gentleman should accept this. None!
I spoke to the customer service via video that they have on the site about this and they told me that they would take my advice to management which in this type of dating means basically nothing gets done!
Guess what! Nothing has ever been done up to this day to effect changes in this racially off-balanced site! A shame and a disgrace for this dating site! This is also part of their pathetic customer service that they also have!
This hotrussianbrides.com does not seem to be all that "hot" at all especially in how they are fair in their treatment of men of other races other than the one race they appear in abundance to market themselves to! A Shame and Insult to Other Races!

Alot of the women are on social networking sites such as facebook. A large one is vk.com, and if you scroll through the profiles, you will find the true marital status, ages, siblings, etc. of women that have a profile there. Furthermore, they will not acknowledge you, like you are a stranger.
Conclusion, it leads me to believe some women are paid to use their photos, and "other people" write all the letters. They have no idea who you are nor do they care, and really have little or no interest in meeting you.
Do not think these women don't have internet access, skype, gmail, .ru mail, etc. They do, and they are able to talk to you for free.
Good luck with the various agnecies, and don't spend too much money!!
