Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

You will now find a few complaints regarding this company on the internet. Enough is enough. They have swooped in trying to cash in on people's domain name drop offs. They cyber squat and do not record the correct details on your domain purchase. They also scam money from their victims and never deliver the service. Try getting your money back and they become illusive. They will lie to keep your cash and your assets. If you invest with them beware, they offered in the past FREE strikingly web sites "your very own landing page!" Which they actually charge for. Dare you decide to break business ties with them, as they hold you to ransom. It can take months to retrieve your domains and you might not get them all back because the scramble the codes. They become extremely rude and are a living nightyto be involved with. On checking their website you might wonder? All seems legit, though if you do business with them or have done business with them, check your domain on "who is" they only thing they might do is make your busybody the tech contact. As your website gains traffic they might even cyber squat for their own benfit. Beware be very cautious when dealing with R......T....... read reviews and talk to others. Hope this report stops others getting their fingers burnt.

Well said. We agree to all you mention. So this is allowed to happen. Try call Accc or consumer affairs and they might feel your pain but just sympathise. This is happening to honest Australian business people who are working hard to make a living. Somehow convicted fellons are allowed to operate. Usually by having someone else discretely hold their office. After all there are laws to prevent people who have been convicted from operating a company. Right? So how does it happen? For anyone reading these reports you might think "never" though seriously act now and check the "who is" check your domains! Nobody really likes this kind of thing and it's not the best situation to be in. Nobody wants to hurt another business. For businesses that don't abide by the code of conduct, by acting in a dishonest manner it eventually comes back to bite you on the arse. People won't stand for it and rightly so. We thought we were smart sensible business people so why do we get ripped off. Simple, because a con knows we have a sense of trust and loyalty and will at all times sound so charming and almost evangelical about helping you and your business. Quite overwhelming really, they will act like they are your best friend when actually you might not have ever seen them personally. They work to gain your trust first, under a guise of building a good business relationship. It's a bit of a shock to discover the very ugly side. When the alarm bells go off "you've had it" it's not acceptable and let's see what happens next? For anyone else who has been treated with bad business misconduct from this company, so sorry. Please come forward with your complaint and story.
