I am surprised by the report. As a member of the Better Business Bureau and our local chamber, I am surprised that Ms. Williams filed a report. The item, as explained by Ms Williams in her report was shipped on the 22nd. Knowing the Christmas shipping schedule for 2008, UPS shipped on the 23rd but did not deliver ground packages on the 24th, 25th, or 26th. Her report was filed on the 27th leaving only one full day for shipment. Further, she did not request or pay for expedited shipping. The shipment arrived on the second shipping day - the 29th. We have searched email histories and cannot find any history of an inquiry. Further, Ms Williams if she called on the 24th-26th would not have reached us at our phone number of 507-642-2903 because we were closed. If you are looking to reach us through an outdated directory, also use the name Mainstreet Floral as we have the same phone number as them when we aquired their company in June 08. We, of course, could not have aquired and expanded our business unless we provided our customers First Class service and had repeat business. We do, however, from time make mistakes. To do so is human. We resolve those problems quickly and hopefully successfully. A suggestion for all consumers is that if an item is needed for Christmas to order AT LEAST 6 Shipping days ahead of Christmas so that it can arrive. A Lack of planning on Ms Williams part should not impede on our employee's ability to enjoy the Christmas season with their families. Attempts to reach Ms Williams about her report by our company have not been returned. We would welcome Ms Williams to contact us so we can come to a consensus.
